Toogeza.com. It's a site of a large family from Petersburg. Here we have found such interesting picture in their site. President Putin promised 250.000 roubles (approximately $9.360) to each mother who will give birth to the second child. The law about it is already accepted by the State Duma. However, action of this law begins only January, 1st, 2007. In 2007 we shall do the third child! As a last resort - in 2008 :))
