Family shopping
We have decided to go to the market yesterday. We should buy granulated sugar and a flour. We have taken Maxim with ourselves. It was cool enough yesterday. The temperature was -3 degree (on Celsius), but blows a cold wind.
We went past our school.
On road we have met wedding. It is a good sign. Friday and Saturday are days weddings in Russia.
We have seen such announcement on one column. Here it is written: "Nonalcoholic commemoration" and below: "Professionally, qualitatively, cheaply, in short terms!" :))
Such banners have appeared in our city recently: "Take the place in the army! Military service under the contract - your ticket in the future!" My husband studied in military school and served urgent service in the Soviet army. He considers, that the professional army for Russia is not necessary. It will not turn out anything good from this. On the contrary, the general compulsory military service (both for young men and for girls, as in Israel or China, for example) is necessary.
At last, we have approached to the grocery market.
We have found this container quickly. Here traded in a flour and granulated sugar. It is possible to buy very cheaply all necessary in such containers.
Well, how much is a flour today?
We have bought 5 kg of a flour for 55 roubles (approximately $2). That is 1 kg costs 11 roubles (approximately 41 cents). And 5 kg of a granulated sugar for 95 roubles (approximately $3.56). That is 1 kg of granulated sugar costs 19 roubles (approximately 71 cents).
Then we bought boiled sausage and a butter. We have bought sausage "Belarus" (62 roubles for 1 kg) and a butter "Country butter" (65 roubles for 1 kg).
Then we have come back home. Shopping was favourable. These products are on sale much more expensive in shops and supermarkets.
